St. Louis is serviced by the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), which is 14 miles (around 20 minutes) from the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch. The airport terminal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Travelers should contact their airline for ticket counter hours and required check-in times.

Lambert International Airport offers taxis, ride share, and light rail options.

Taxis

Many companies provide taxicab service at the airport. The Hyatt recommends Laclede Taxi which can be reached at (314) 652-3456.  Airport taxis are regulated by the Metropolitan Taxicab Commission. For general information: info@stl-taxi.com.

Taxi pickup locations are as follows:

• Terminal 1 (Main Terminal): Exit the lower-level baggage area at Door 14 and head straight to the designated taxi stand.
• Terminal 2 (East Terminal): Exit lower-level Door 12 and cross the street into the parking garage area.

Exact fares depend on final destination. Each taxi will have an Airport Use Fee of $4-$5 per pickup.

Rideshare

Uber and Lyft are both available. Ride Share pickup locations are as follows:

• Terminal 1: Door 6 of the Departure (Ticketing) Level
• Terminal 2: Door 12 of the Arrivals Level

Lightrail – Metrolink

MetroLink is the St. Louis metropolitan region’s light rail system and is operated by Metro Transit as part of a fully integrated regional transportation system. The closest rail stop to the Hyatt is located on the Red line at the 8th and Pine stop, which is a two-block walk from the hotel. Advance fare is required. Purchase a ticket at the Ticket Vending Machines located at both stations or through the Transit app.

• Metrolink Station Terminal 1 is at Exit Door 1, Ticketing Level, east of all ticket counters.
• Metrolink Station Terminal 2 is at Exit Door 12, through the parking garage.

Rental cars can be located at:

• Terminal 1 – outside exit 17 (on the west end of the island curb)
• Terminal 1 – Brown Level of T1 Garage (use Door 15)
• Terminal 2 – outside exit 12 (on the inside curb of Arrivals Blvd)

At the Hyatt, overnight valet parking costs $50.00 plus tax per day with in/out privileges. Short-term valet ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 depending on hours. On-site self-parking is approximately $40.00 per day, though it has very limited availability.
