Advanced Tissue Culture Workshop: Best Practices in Plant and Animal Cell Cultures

The aim of this course is to acquaint participants with best practices in plant and animal cell culture techniques. The course is modular providing concurrent presentations for the plant and animals cell culture components. Speakers will cover the basics in cell culture of both plants and animals. Students are encouraged to attend the seminars and lectures at the SIVB Meeting in the Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island.
Part I. Lecture Component
This part comprises eight (8) 30 min. lectures following a brief fifteen minute introduction and overview. These lectures will be led and facilitated by Albert Kausch and Yvonne Reid.
Participation is limited to workshop pre-registrants.
