SIVB is pleased to offer both in-person and on-demand limited access registration opportunities to participate in the 2024 World Congress on In Vitro Biology.

To register for the 2024 World Congress on In Vitro Biology Meeting, just click the “Register Now” button or download the Registration Form and return it to the SIVB by email, mail, or fax.

Registration forms will not be processed if not accompanied by one of the following methods of payment:

  • Company or personal check (checks to be drawn on United States currency only;  list all registrants on check memo or check stub)
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
  • Wire Transfer (checks to be paid in United States currency only; make sure to cover any fees your banking institution will charge for processing the transfer or you will be billed for the balance due for your registration.

2024 Registration Fees

The In-Person Registration Fee includes: Admission to all sessions including the Saturday pre-conference workshops and the International Conference on Invertebrate and Fish Cell Culture; exhibition; invitation to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Joint Social at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch; registration bag and meeting materials; copies of the meeting publications; access to the event website, mobile app, and on-demand limited access recordings.
     +Accompanying Guest Registration includes admission to the Exhibit Hall and invitations to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Joint Sections Social.

The On-Demand Limited Access Registration Fee includes: Access to on-demand recordings of highlights from the 2024 World Congress on In Vitro Biology available after the live meeting has concluded. Choose this option if you are unable to attend the meeting in St. Louis.

#NEW: Post Doc Registration Options: Post Docs now have same registration opportunities as regular attendees. Those who are members are eligible to register at a discounted rate with proof of status. Nonmember Post Docs can choose to either 1) purchase the discounted  Post Doc Combination Membership/Meeting Registration Rate (see benefits * above) or register as a nonmember,

**Proof of student, Post Doctoral or Research Technician status will be required upon registering for the 2024 World Congress on In Vitro Biology or the full registration rate will be required. Proof of Student Status may be one (1) of the following: copy of Student ID, letter from supervisor, or current class schedule. Proof of Post Doctoral or Research Technician status is a letter from your supervisor verifying your current status. Please email this information to the SIVB Business Office or fax it to (410) 969-7941.

^GROUP REGISTRATION RATES: SIVB is offering a special registration rate to any Company or University that wishes to register larger groups of their employees to attend the meeting. If your organization has 5 or more employees who wish to attend the meeting either in-person or through the On-Demand Limited Access, you can register all employees for a flat rate as listed in the table above. Contact the Meeting Secretariat to receive the Group Registration Form. If you have fewer than 5 employees and would like to learn about group rates options for your organization, contact the Meeting Secretariat for more information.

##The Sponsor-a-Buddy Program supports the SIVB’s Student Initiative. For only $25, members and attendees of the SIVB Annual Meeting can help support a student “buddy.” Contributions will be used to support student activities for the meeting. Contributors will be acknowledged with a special ribbon at the 2024 World Congress on In Vitro Biology.

Note: Our refund policy is as follows: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50.00. The amount refunded is determined by the date the request is received. A full refund less the administrative fee will be granted if the request is received by March 31, 2024, one-half from April 1 to May 10, 2024; no refund after May 10, 2024. Exceptions to this policy will be made for attendees who are not able to attend the conference due to a country ban, government restricted travel, or airline restrictions. Those individuals may cancel after the deadline and receive a full refund of the paid registration rate minus the $50 non-refundable administrative fee.

Abstract fees are non-refundable.

The US Federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declaration ended on May 11, 2023, but SIVB continues to monitor the advisories and guidelines of local, US, and world health advisory organizations. As such, the 2024 World Congress on In Vitro Biology and Society for In Vitro Biology will adhere to local and national health rules and guidance, as issued by governing bodies such as the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (US CDC) and the St. Louis County Health Department. If those rules and guidance require specific policies and procedures associated with in-person meeting attendance, Annual Meeting materials will be updated to inform registrants and potential registrants.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50.00. The amount refunded is determined by the date the request is received. A full refund less the administrative fee will be granted if the request is received by March 31, 2024, one-half from April 1 to May 10, 2024; no refund after May 10, 2024.

Exceptions to this policy will be made for attendees who are not able to attend the conference due to a country ban, government restricted travel, or airline restrictions. Those individuals may cancel after the deadline and receive a full refund of the paid registration rate minus the $50 non-refundable administrative fee.
