SIVB is pleased to offer both in-person and on-demand limited access registration opportunities to participate in the 2023 In Vitro Biology Meeting.

On-site registration for the 2023 In Vitro Biology Meeting begins at 7:00 am on Saturday, June 10, 2023 and is located at the 4th floor registration area of the Hilton Norfolk The Main. Registration will be available daily beginning at 7:00 am each day. To save time you may download the Registration Form and bring it with you including your payment to the registration desk at the Hilton. Please do not fax registration forms to our office at this time. For questions or concerns, please email:  SIVB Business Office

2023 Registration Fees

The In-Person Registration Fee includes: Admission to all sessions including the Saturday pre-conference workshops, exhibition; invitation to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Joint Social at the Hilton Norfolk The Main; registration bag and meeting materials; copies of the meeting publications; access to the event website, mobile app, and on-demand limited access recordings. #Accompanying Guest Registration includes admission to the Exhibit Hall and invitations to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Joint Sections Social.

The On-Demand Limited Access Registration Fee includes: Access to on-demand recordings of highlights from the 2023 In Vitro Biology Meeting available after the live meeting has concluded. Choose this option if you are unable to attend the meeting in Norfolk.

* Not a member of SIVB? Choose the Combination Membership and Meeting registration to receive a discounted registration rate plus SIVB membership for one calendar year (2023). Membership includes a subscription to In Vitro Cellular and Developmental Biology – Animal or – Plant and the In Vitro Report. Please contact the SIVB Business Office for additional membership information.

**Proof of student, Post Doctoral or Research Technician status will be required upon registering for the 2023 In Vitro Biology Meeting or the full registration rate will be required. Proof of Student Status may be one (1) of the following: copy of Student ID, Letter from supervisor, or current class schedule. Proof of Post Doctoral or Research Technician status is a letter from your supervisor verifying your current status. Please email this information to the SIVB Business Office or fax it to (910) 755-5432.

^GROUP REGISTRATION RATES: SIVB is offering a special registration rate to any Company or University that wishes to register larger groups of their employees to attend the meeting. If your organization has 10 or more employees who wish to attend the meeting, you can register all employees for a flat rate as listed in the table above. Contact the SIVB Office to receive the Group Registration Form. If you have fewer than 10 employees and would like to learn about group rates options for your organization, contact the SIVB Office for more information.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50.00. The amount refunded is determined by the date the request is received. A full refund less the administrative fee will be granted if the request is received by March 31, 2023, one-half from April 1 to May 10, 2023; no refund after May 10, 2023.

Exceptions to this policy will be made for attendees who are not able to attend the conference due to a country ban, government restricted travel, or airline restrictions. Those individuals may cancel after the deadline and receive a full refund of the paid registration rate minus the $50 non-refundable administrative fee.

Abstract fees are non-refundable.
