Place your ad that links to a URL of your choice on the home screen of the Mobile App. Each time someone checks out the home page of the app, they will see your ad.

Mobile App Rotating Banners & Tiles
This is an ad that links to a company URL and displays at the top of the page on the program pages within the Mobile App. Visibility will update each time the screen is refreshed by the specific viewer.

Event Website
Home Screen Side Banners
Be one of the first things people see when they go to the event website. Your ad will be placed on the left side of the screen below the event menu or on the right side of the screen down the side of the page.

- $1,500* – Color ad on back cover of program booklet

Registration Bag
Logo placement

Pre-meeting and Post-meeting Registration Lists
Mailing lists are available in tab-delimited files.
- The pre-registration list (excluding exhibitors and guests) will be available only to exhibitors three weeks before the meeting. Exhibitor’s discounted pricing is $250 per set, prepaid
- The post meeting registration list in alphabetical order by last name will be available eight weeks after the meeting ends.
- The Exhibitor discounted pricing is $300 per set, prepaid
