Over the last several months, the SIVB has been closely monitoring the continually evolving situation with COVID-19 to ensure we were taking every precaution to protect the well-being of our community. We have been reviewing the updates and recommendations from the CDC and have been actively following travel advisories as well as the continuing restrictions being placed on our members and registrants across the globe. After careful consideration, the SIVB has decided that we will be transitioning the 2021 In Vitro Biology Meeting to a virtual program. While we are sad to make this decision, we are excited to provide you with a dynamic virtual program!
The Society for In Vitro Biology (SIVB) will be in the palm of your hand at the new virtual 2021 In Vitro Biology Meeting, SIVB 2021: In Vitro Online. This year’s virtual program is a wonderful opportunity to network with experts in your field to examine the foundations and innovations of in vitro plant and animal biotechnology research. This year’s program will offer timely perspectives on genome editing, transformation, infectious diseases, and more. SIVB 2021: In Vitro Online is All Digital: research and networking at your fingertips and all in REAL TIME!

Registration forms will not be processed if not accompanied by one of the following methods of payment:
- Company or personal check (checks to be drawn on United States currency only; list all registrants on check memo or check stub)
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
- Wire Transfer (checks to be paid in United States currency only; make sure to cover any fees your banking institution will charge for processing the transfer or you will be billed for the balance due for your registration.
SIVB will accept faxed and/or mailed Annual Meeting registrations.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50.00. The amount refunded is determined by the date the request is received. A full refund less the administrative fee will be granted if the request is received by March 31, 2021, one-half from April 1 to April 30, 2021; no refund after May 1, 2021.
