On-site registration to the 2022 In Vitro Biology Meeting In-Person will be available in the Pacific Foyer of the Town and Country San Diego at 500 Hotel Circle Drive North, San Diego, CA 92108 beginning on June 4 at 7:00 am. Should you wish, you may download the Registration Form in advance and bring it with you to the Town and Country.

For those who are unable to attend the meeting in San Diego, registration for the Exclusive On-Demand Limited Program for will be available online through June 2.


  • If you plan to join us in person in San Diego, you will register in person at the Town and Country beginning on June 4, at 7:00 am.
  • If you are not able to attend the meeting in person in San Diego, please register for the “2022 In Vitro Biology Meeting – EXCLUSIVE ON-DEMAND LIMITED PROGRAM oniine through June 2.

Registration Types and Fees

There are two types of registration: In-Person and Exclusive On-Demand Limited Program.

  • In-Person registration is for those who are planning to attend the 2022 In Vitro Biology Meeting in person
  • Exclusive On-Demand Limited Program is for those who are unable to travel to San Diego, but still want to enjoy the Keynote, Plenary, and Joint speaker presentations.

New for In-Person Registration:

All registrants who plan to attend the meeting in San Diego will be asked to attest that they will follow all precautions in place at the event, and that they will not attend if they have tested positive for COVID‐19 in the 14 days before the meeting. In addition, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that all attendees follow CDC Guidelines and be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the meeting.  Registrants will also acknowledge that they understand the hazards of the novel coronavirus (“COVID‐19”), are familiar with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) guidelines regarding COVID‐19, and have willingly chosen to attend the event.

Registration forms will not be processed if not accompanied by one of the following methods of payment:

  • Company or personal check (checks to be drawn on United States currency only;  list all registrants on check memo or check stub)
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
  • Wire Transfer (checks to be paid in United States currency only; make sure to cover any fees your banking institution will charge for processing the transfer or you will be billed for the balance due for your registration.

SIVB will accept faxed and/or mailed Annual Meeting registrations.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows: All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50.00. The amount refunded is determined by the date the request is received. A full refund less the administrative fee will be granted if the request is received by March 31, 2022, one-half from April 1 to April 30, 2022; no refund after May 1, 2022.

Exceptions to this policy will be made for attendees who are not able to attend the conference due to a country ban, government restricted travel, or airline restrictions. Those individuals may cancel after the deadline and receive a full refund of the paid registration rate minus the $50 non-refundable administrative fee.

Abstract fees are non-refundable.
