In 2026 SIVB is offering a variety of room options with special rates from only $130-$200 per single/double occupancy. Room types include:

• $130 – North Wing single king room
• $160 – Peppermill Tower rooms (single king or double queen)
• $200 – Tuscany Tower rooms (single king or double king) 

Availability is limited, so book early to assure you receive the room type you would like.

In addition, the hotel will waive the resort fee for all guests booking in the SIVB block. Amenities provided include, but are not limited to:
