Exhibit Rates

$1,125- Floor Display (8 ft. x 8 ft. space to display materials plus 3 registrations*)
$925 – Tabletop (all materials are to be displayed on 6 ft. table plus 2 registrations*)

All exhibition spaces include:

a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, plus a tent card identification sign
Free listings in the 2026 Meeting Publications and Mobile App/Event Website
Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects
*Complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives

The following will incur additional fees:
Additional furniture, labor, internet, and electricity. (Please note: all exhibitors are responsible for ordering these services for their booth)

Electricity: Exhibitors may purchase electricity (one standard 120-volt single phase, 5 amp outlet) at the rate of $70 per outlet when submitting your exhibitor application. Additional electricity requests must be made directly with the hotel.

Meeting Guidelines

The Peppermill Resort and Spa will be the site of the 2026 In Vitro Biology Meeting. Guests booking their hotel rooms as part of the SIVB room block will receive complimentary in-room Wi-Fi internet and a waived resort fee.

Cancellations

Exhibitors requesting cancellation four months prior to the start of the exposition (February 6, 2026) will receive a full refund; later cancellations will be refunded at 25% of the full rental fee. If, for any reason, management finds it necessary to cancel the exposition, it is agreed by the exhibitors that each will pay a proportioned share of the direct expenses incurred by management in connection with the exhibit.

^#If you are sending a deposit, the balance of the exhibit fee will be due by April 4, 2026. SIVB reserves the right to cancel exhibit space without refunding the deposit if the balance is not paid by this deadline.

Meeting Recording Policy

Photographs, video, and live streaming may occur during this conference for social media and other event publicity purposes. Your registration and/or participation in the meeting indicates your consent to be photographed and grants the Society for In Vitro Biology the right to copy, distribute, and/or exhibit name(s) and/or picture(s) of you.

Hotel Marijuana Policy

The Hotel is the holder of various gaming licenses issued by the Nevada Gaming Commission. The use, possession, or sale of marijuana or marijuana related products on the premises is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the Hotel will not host any type of show or conference that (i) involves the sale, possession or use of marijuana or marijuana related products, (ii) market or promote marijuana or marijuana related products or market or promote the use, sale, cultivation, display, storage, testing, manufacturing or distribution of marijuana or marijuana related products, or (iii) promote, market, sell, possess, or use or utilize any equipment, product or material of any kind which is intended or designed for use in manufacturing, compounding, converting, concealing, producing, processing, preparing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body marijuana or any marijuana related product.
