All exhibition spaces include:

• Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects
• Complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives

The following will incur additional fees:
Additional furniture, labor, internet, and electricity. (Please note: all exhibitors are responsible for ordering these services for their booth)

Electricity: Exhibitors may purchase electricity (one standard 120-volt single phase, 5 amp outlet) at the rate of $70 per outlet when submitting your exhibitor application. Additional electricity requests must be made directly with the hotel.

• The services and products you provide include supplies and equipment, reagents and media, publications, information services and software solutions, photography equipment, or other support materials or services used in the fields of animal or plant in vitro and biotechnology research
• Full-conference registrations are included with each exhibit space
• Your company receives a profile in our program booklet, Event Website, and in our Mobile App
• You will be provided with a list of pre-registered attendees including name and companies.
• You will have the opportunity to network with attendees directly through the mobile app.
