A science and technology exhibition will be held in conjunction with the in-person 2025 In Vitro Biology Meeting in Norfolk, Virginia. The exhibition will take place from June 7 – 10, 2025 at the Hilton Norfolk The Main, the official hotel for the SIVB Annual Meeting. If your products or services support cell and tissue culture, genome editing, micropropagation, cellular pathology, toxicology, tissue engineering, or any other form of in vitro biology or biotechnology, this exhibition is the place for you. Meet hundreds of researchers and professionals who use your products and get a chance to speak with them one-to-one.

Exhibit Rates 

$1,100 – Floor Display (8 ft. x 8 ft. space to display materials plus 3 registrations)
$900 – Tabletop (all materials are to be displayed on 6 ft. table plus 2 registrations)

All exhibition spaces include:

  • a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, plus a tent card identification sign
  • Free listings in the 2025 Meeting Publications and Mobile App/Event Website
  • Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects
  • Complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives

The following will incur additional fees:
Additional furniture, labor, internet, and electricity. (Please note: all exhibitors are responsible for ordering these services for their booth)

Electricity: Exhibitors may purchase electricity (one standard 110-volt outlet) at the rate of $30 per day plus fees and taxes (total at $156.31) when submitting your exhibitor application. Additional electricity requests must be made directly with the hotel.
