In the October issue of IVR, the In Vitro Report co-editors suggested we introduce a recurring article on “Meet the Experts”. This new article will feature members from the In Vitro Animal Cell Sciences and Plant Biotechnology Sections of the Society. The featured SIVB experts will answer a set of standard questions that address topics such as the member’s research expertise and career path. The goals of this new feature are to provide student members of the Society with information about the diverse types of jobs that are available in the life sciences, and to promote networking and collaboration within the Society. Our request now is for YOU to supply us with questions: What do you want to know about our experts? We are especially interested in what our student members would like to know.
